Mostly good, some minor issues

We recently moved our payroll and HR to Netchex, focusing on their Payroll & Tax and HR Management modules. The implementation process was generally smooth, and the team was supportive in getting us set up. The system itself is quite comprehensive and has definitely streamlined some of our processes. However, we did encounter a few small glitches with the Geofencing Time Tracking initially, where some employees had trouble clocking in from certain locations, though support did help resolve it after a few days. Customer service was responsive, but sometimes getting a specific answer took a bit of back-and-forth. The Reporting & Analytics are powerful, but the interface feels a little dated compared to some other modern HR software I've seen. Overall, it's a valuable tool for us, offering good value for the price, but there's room for improvement in user interface design.

Love the mobile app!

Netchex is fantastic! We just got their full HR and payroll suite, and the Netchex Mobile App is a lifesaver. Employees can clock in and out so easily. Our first payroll run was perfect. Everything just worked. So glad we made the switch!

Good system, great support

Our company implemented Netchex for HR Management and their Time & Attendance features. The initial onboarding process took about three weeks, which was a bit longer than I expected but understandable given the data migration involved. We had a dedicated implementation specialist who was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The system itself is robust and handles our complex scheduling needs well. Employees found the Employee Self-Service Portal easy to use for checking their pay stubs and requesting time off. We also utilized their Reporting & Analytics for some custom reports, and while it's powerful, it has a slight learning curve. Customer support has been consistently good whenever we've needed assistance, usually resolving issues within a day. Overall, a solid platform for managing our workforce.

Consistent service, reliable

We've been using Netchex for over three years now, first for just payroll and later added their Benefits Administration. This latest experience with renewing our contract and getting a quick demo of their new Performance Management module was as good as always. Their team is always professional. I've found their system to be very reliable, and it just works, which is what you want with payroll. It's why we keep coming back instead of looking at other providers. They've been consistent in their service and their system updates are usually helpful. No major complaints at all over the years.

Easy payroll setup

We just switched our small business payroll over to Netchex. I used their Payroll & Tax service. The setup was pretty straightforward. Took a few calls with their support team, but they walked me through everything. Our first payroll ran smoothly, which was a relief. Happy with it so far.
